State has given permission to the DSE Telangana to conduct the TS
DEECET 2015 for the academic year 2015-16
As per GO. 14, the School Education Department has issued
the Telangana DEECET 2015 on
01st July 2015 and DSE Telangana invites the online applications
from 08th July to 21st July 2015 from the eligible candidates for
admission into 2 year D.Ed Courses in District Institute of Education
and Training (DIET) and Private D.Ed Colleges through Common
Entrance Test (DEECET) 2015
The candidate should satisfy Local, Non-Local Status
requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of
admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended
Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET 2015 and
should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed
The candidates should have completed 17 years as on 1st
September 2015. There is no upper age limit
The candidates who passed or appeared for the 10+2
(2014-15) final Examinations (qualifying examination) or its equivalent are
eligible to appear for the entrance test; but they should have passed the
qualifying examination by the time of admission
The candidate should have secured 50% of marks in
aggregate in qualifying exam; the minimum percentage of marks in the case of SC,
ST and Physically Challenged (PH) candidates shall however be 45%
Note: The candidates who passed Intermediate examination
with vocational course(s) are not eligible
Candidates belonging to "OC" and "BC"
communities shall secure at least 35 percent marks in DEECET
2015. However, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks in respect of SC,
ST candidates
Telangana DEECET 2015 shall be conducted in all the
10 Districts of Head quarters in Telangana state. Candidate can choose any
District of his choice for examination center. However, when the capacity of
any particular District gets exhausted that particular District will not be
displayed in the list of examination centers given in the online application
form
In such case, the candidate has to choose another District
of his, her choice from the remaining list available for examination centre
Application Fee: The fee prescribed for appearing
for DEECET (including examination fee) is Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two
hundred only)

procedure for
applying Online is given in the Information bulletin. Candidates can download
the "Information Bulletin" free of cost from
the DEECET website from 08th July 2015 onwards
Candidates shall pay the fee through AP-Online or through
Payment Gateway between 08th July to 20th July 2015 and submit online
application at the DEECET website between 09th July to 21st July
2015 by 05.00 pm

Notification for Conduct of DEECET: 05th July 2015
Payment of Application Fee through Online: 08th July 2015
Submission of Application through Online with Payment of Fee:
09th July 2015

Generation of Hall Tickets: 30th July 2015
Issue of Hall Tickets through Online: 30th July 2015
Handing over of list of colleges granted affiliation for
that particular year by SCERT: 14th August 2015
Date of Announcement of Results & Ranks: 22nd August
2015
First Phase of Counseling: 01st September 2015
Second Phase of Counseling: 15th September 2015
Admissions for left over seats: 24th September 2015
First day of Instruction: 14th September 2015
